At Sonata, we operate a strict privacy policy. We never share your private information with any third parties. Internally, your information will be handled by at most 1-2 employees, and will be used solely for the purpose of verification - and nothing else.

Our continued success as a business depends on our ability to operate discreetly and confidentially. We value our members’ privacy, and take very careful steps to safeguard their information.

However, if you are still not comfortable with providing your information, we advise that you do not proceed with your application.

Many of our members are high-profile individuals in the fields of business, media, entertainment and politics. We have never compromised their privacy and we do not plan to do so at any time in the future.

Firstly, we collect personal information for the purposes of verification only. Once your membership has been approved, we will delete your information - so there will be nothing to report or share.

Secondly, and more importantly, our company is headquartered in Switzerland, where adult services of this nature are fully legal. No government agency or law enforcement agency in the United States has jurisdiction in Switzerland, and as such, we are not required to comply with any requests issued by them - including warrants and subpoenas.

In order to compel us to share private information, the US agency would have to obtain an order from a Swiss court - which is extremely difficult and near-impossible to do. And even if they manage to do so, there will be no data to share, as we delete all members’ private information after their applications are approved.

No, Sonata is a concierge service, and the membership fee that we charge covers scheduling, coordination and informat0ion services only. All our providers are independent.

Yes. Just as we screen members to protect our providers, we also screen providers to protect our members.

This includes requesting proof of their identity and scheduling FaceTime calls with every provider to ensure that they look like their photos.

No, your membership is for you only.

Any other persons who wish to enjoy our concierge service must apply for membership independently.

We expect our members to be civilized, sophisticated gentlemen who behave appropriately.

This includes:

• Treating providers with respect;

• Maintaining good personal hygiene;

• Making payment to providers promptly and without any “games” whatsoever;

• Refraining from any drug use during a session with a provider;

• Refraining from excessive alcohol use during a session with a provider;

• Refraining from abusive conduct towards providers.

Any violation of our rules will result in your membership being terminated, with no refund whatsoever. In addition, you may also be added to our blacklist.
